Prayer & Blessing Service Request Form

Please submit this form if you would like to request for IRO prayer/blessing at least four (4) weeks in advance.

  Rules of Engagement IRO Prayer & Blessing Service
  1. Requests for prayer and blessing service should ideally be submitted four (4) weeks in advance. This notwithstanding, IRO will consider urgent requests for prayer and blessing service on a case-by-case basis. IRO Secretariat shall assess and confirm the possibility of offering the service.
  2. IRO will not accept any request from event management companies or third party agents. Only request from principal organisation will be considered. Other requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
  3. IRO shall only offer prayers and blessings service if all ten (10) member religions of IRO are invited.
  4. IRO shall not charge for any prayers and blessings services. Donations are accepted but any such donations shall be made through a cheque addressed to “Inter-Religious Organisation, Singapore” and sent directly to IRO Office.
  5. Reimbursement of transport allowance shall be made by IRO to its members directly.
  6. Organisers should treat IRO religious leaders with respect. This includes keeping them informed about programme timing, ensuring they have suitable place of rest while waiting and providing accessibility of basic facilities such as water, shelter etc.
  7. Personal particulars of prayer group members will not be released to organisers (unless required for valid security purposes).
